This is a small bonnet, made in a classic French style. It is made from approximately 15 yards of narrow golden brown millinery braid. The bonnet has been varnished to give it an antique patina. It is made to fit a doll with a head circumference of 9-10 inches. I have shown the bonnet modeled on a 9" head and a 10" head. Notice the difference between the bonnet on the Jumeau with the 10" head and the Bahr & Proschild with a 10" Head! Decorated with lots of moss green silk ribbon, vintage millinery flowers, and lined with antique pleated lace.
